Has anyone recently had any experience with Once Upon A Crime's customer service? I’ve been a loyal customer of this independent bookstore for years, primarily because of their excellent selection of mystery fiction. However, I recently encountered an issue with an order and was curious how responsive and helpful their customer service team is. Any insights into their response time, problem resolution, and overall interaction quality would be greatly appreciated. How do they handle issues compared to other independent bookstores?
