Good afternoon, I am following up with clarifying information from request NPR2025-0075538 that my colleague, Olivia Martin, submitted earlier this month.

We are seeking records detailing civil and criminal citations issued from January 1, 2015 (or as early as available) to the present. We are specifically interested in offenses that might be issued to people experiencing homelessness, including: 
- 416B U
- 468B U
- Municipal code 10.47.020

If there are other relevant codes that we are unaware of, we would appreciate any help adding those in. We are looking for records that provide:

- Offense Code
- Offense description
- Date of issuance
- If available, any geographic information on where the citation was issued.
